Jeremy Mayfield won his request for a preliminary injunction today, according to NASCAR Scene's Bob Pockrass. Pockrass points out that NASCAR can appeal the decision and ask that today's ruling be suspended until that appeal takes place. If they move quickly, it could prevent Mayfield from showing up at Daytona tomorrow. He told reporters earlier today that he planned to go to Daytona if allowed. An excerpt from the story: ...
