... Waltrip also made headlines for off track activities. Allmendinger was fined and placed on probation after being arrested for DWI early Thursday morning in Mooresville, North Carolina. Waltrip was involved in an accident, also in Mooresville, last Wednesday night. Police said alcohol played a role. And finally NASCAR said this weekend they plan changes to the COT after meeting with drivers and team officials last week. This is the NASCAR week that was October 25 to 31, 2009.
